Castro Officially Declared Dæd.

Ghanaian iconic musician, Theophilus Tagoe, popularly known as Castro has been officially declared dæd by law.

Castro who went missing on the 6th of July, 2014 at Ada Estuary per the laws of Act of Parliament, Evidence Act of 1975, section 33, declares him dæd after seven(7) of effort to find him has been unsuccessful.

Evidence Act of 1975, section 33, state as following;

(1) Where a person has not been heard of for seven years despite diligent effort whether or not within that period, to find that person, that person is presumed to be dæd.

(2) There is no presumption as to the particular time when that person d!æd.

The talented musician with his friends, including Ghana’s top goal scorer Asamoah Gyan, on 6th July 2012, went to Ada Estuary to have fun where the unfortunate occurred.

But family and friends still believe he is still alive somewhere around the world.
